Shipping Policy

At FlipState, we're committed to helping you fight your hangovers and making the process painless, which is why we're pleased to offer free shipping!

Shipping Method: Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options (e.g., overnight, 2-day) are available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.

Geographic Limitations:

Contiguous US: Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO: For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico), or APO/FPO addresses, standard shipping rates may apply, or an additional surcharge may be added. This will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time: Please allow 24hrs for your order to be processed before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery after processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Undelivered or Returned Packages: If a shipment is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed), we can reship your order for a new shipping fee, or refund you for the product minus original shipping. We are not responsible for automatically reshipping, and any return shipping fees will be deducted from refunds.

Damaged or Defective Orders: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at ask@flipstatesupps.com. We require returns for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement. Return shipping is free for verified defective products, and a replacement will be sent after inspection.

Stolen or Failed Deliveries: Orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds or replacements from us. If your package is stolen after delivery or lost by the carrier, you'll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for reimbursement. FlipState is not liable for these issues once the package is marked as delivered.

Refused Packages: If you refuse a package, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we cannot issue a refund if a refused package is lost during its return transit. We strongly recommend accepting delivery and contacting us to arrange a proper return instead.
